St. Mark's is proud to support an active and vital Scouting program. Troop 1 (Boy Scouts) is the oldest continuously operating troop in the Pasadena area; incorporated in 1914. Pack 1 (Cub Scouts) is a strong group of 73 boys from grades 1 through 5.

Venture Crew 1 hosts the annual Andrew Blackwood Memorial City of Hope Blood Drive. These and other scouting groups, including Girl Scouts, meet on the St. Mark's campus.
