ACTS Food Pantry
(Altadena Congregations Together Serving)
This community based program, in its fourth year, operates out of Altadena Community Church every Saturday from ten to noon, providing non-perishable supplementary food to community residents.
Altadena Baptist Church, Altadena Community Church, Christ the Shepherd Lutheran Church, and St. Mark’s Episcopal Church solicit donations from parishioners and from the community at large, both substantive and monetary, to support the program.
Each church is responsible for one Saturday of the month, with volunteers from St. Mark’s helping on the third Saturday of the month.
