For You created my innermost parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, because I am awesomely and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, And my soul knows it very well. Ps.139:13-14

In anticipation of God becoming incarnate in Jesus, this Advent we’ll explore some body-based spiritual practices: breathing and grounding, Somatic prayer, and BioSpiritual Focusing. These practices are grounded in our physical reality and help affirm our humanity and that our bodies and spirits are one. Facilitated by Stephanie Herrman.
